Welcome to Wedding Boulevard. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern the relationship between (1) Wedding Boulevard (“we,” “our,” “us”), (2) approved wedding service vendors (“Vendors”), and (3) customers/couples booking services through our platform (“Customers”).

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Wedding Boulevard if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. General

1.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

1.2 Wedding Boulevard operates as a marketplace platform, connecting Customers with independent Vendors. We are not the direct provider of vendor services.

1.3 By using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Vendor Participation

2.1 Vendors must be vetted and approved by Wedding Boulevard before being listed.

2.2 Vendors may advertise and sell their services elsewhere.

2.3 Certain categories (photographers, DJs, videographers, hair & makeup artists, wedding planners) must adhere to our pre-set packages and pricing. Other categories (venues, catering, florals, cakes/desserts, decorations) may set their own prices.

2.4 Vendors must:

Maintain all required licenses and permits for their trade.
Carry liability insurance if applicable.
Provide accurate descriptions and images of services.
Deliver services in accordance with their package commitments.
Maintain professional and timely communication with Customers.

2.5 Right to Reassign: Wedding Boulevard reserves the right to reassign bookings (e.g., replace one photographer with another) if a Vendor fails to maintain communication, professionalism, or performance standards.

3. Payment & Commission

3.1 Customers must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

3.2 The remaining 50% balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the wedding date.

3.3 Failure to pay the final balance on time will result in automatic cancellation of services. The deposit will be forfeited, and the Vendor shall have no obligation to perform on the wedding day.

3.4 Customers make all payments directly to Wedding Boulevard.

3.5 After deducting applicable processing fees, payments are split as follows:

40% retained by Wedding Boulevard
60% remitted to Vendor

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

4.2 If the Customer cancels after the deposit but before the final balance is paid, the deposit is forfeited.

4.3 If the Customer cancels after the final balance has been paid (within seven (7) days of the wedding), the entire amount is non-refundable.

4.4 If the balance is not paid at least seven (7) days before the wedding date, the booking will be cancelled, the deposit forfeited, and the Vendor released from any obligation to perform.

4.5 Wedding Boulevard is not responsible for Vendor cancellations or service issues.

4.6 Vendor No-Show: If a Vendor fails to appear or provide services on the wedding day without reasonable cause, Wedding Boulevard reserves the right to remove the Vendor from the platform immediately and permanently.

4.7 Vendor Communication: Vendors are required to maintain reasonable and timely communication with Customers in the period leading up to the wedding. Failure to communicate may result in Wedding Boulevard removing or replacing the Vendor to ensure service quality and reliability.

5. Reviews & Ratings

5.1 Customers may leave reviews on Vendor profiles.

5.2 Wedding Boulevard reserves the right to remove reviews at its discretion.

5.3 Vendors with an average rating below 3 stars may be removed from the platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Wedding Boulevard is not liable for disputes between Customers and Vendors.

6.2 Disputes must be resolved directly between Customers and Vendors.

6.3 By using the platform, Customers and Vendors release Wedding Boulevard from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from vendor services.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Vendors retain ownership of their photos, logos, and content.

7.2 Vendors grant Wedding Boulevard a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their content for promotional purposes upon request.

8. Termination

8.1 Wedding Boulevard reserves the right to suspend or remove Vendors or Customers at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Failure to deliver services
Lack of communication with Customers
Ratings below 3 stars

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Wedding Boulevard provides the platform “as-is” and makes no warranties about vendor services.

9.2 Wedding Boulevard is not responsible for vendor performance, non-performance, or quality of services.

9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedding Boulevard’s liability is limited to the commission earned on the disputed booking.

10. Amendments

10.1 We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

11. Cookies:

The website uses cookies to help personalize your online experience. By accessing Wedding Boulevard, you agreed to use the required cookies.

A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

You may access this from Wedding Boulevard for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

Copy or republish material from Wedding Boulevard
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Wedding Boulevard
Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Wedding Boulevard
Redistribute content from Wedding Boulevard

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Wedding Boulevard does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Wedding Boulevard, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Wedding Boulevard shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Wedding Boulevard reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party;
The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material, which is an invasion of privacy.
The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant Wedding Boulevard a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

13. Hyperlinking to our Content:

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

Government agencies;
Search engines;
News organizations;
Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications, or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.

We may consider and approve other link requests from the following types of organizations:

Commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources;

No use of Wedding Boulevard's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

14. Content Liability:

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

15. Reservation of Rights:

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

16. Removal of links from our website:

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
