Partial Wedding Planning

Already booked your venue and key vendors, but looking for expert guidance to bring everything together? This package is designed for couples who have done much of the planning themselves and want a professional to step in during the final months. We'll refine the details, coordinate with your vendors, and ensure every piece comes together seamlessly so you can focus on enjoying the countdown to your wedding.

Planning support beginning approximately six months before your wedding

Communication with all booked vendors

Wedding design and décor refinement

Detailed wedding day timeline creation and management

Rehearsal coordination

Complete wedding day management and execution

Set-up / Teardown - $450

Mileage - $0.60 per km (over 35 km)

Accommodation (if tear down/rehearsal is required over 80 km) - $250

Hi, I'm Keshi, the planner behind MacDonald Wedding Planning & Coordination. After planning my own wedding in West Mabou, I discovered a passion for creating meaningful, beautifully organized celebrations in Cape Breton. What started as planning one of the most important days of my life quickly became the career I knew I wanted to pursue.

I believe wedding planning should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
